21 Tips to Shift Your Perspective

There’s always another way to view a challenging situation you may be facing. As soon as you shift your perspective, you will feel different about the whole thing. The challenge will be released and you will feel peaceful. Lighten your load, try one of these easy peezy ideas to shift your perspective…

  1. Read a book

  2. Google it

  3. Have a hypnosis session

  4. Meditate for a minute

  5. Look at it from a strangers perspective – you could ask someone you don’t know for their perspective on an anonymous forum for example

  6. Use EFT

  7. Pick a Happi Card

  8. Stand on your head

  9. Talk to a life coach

  10. Write out 3 solutions to your challenge, surrender and let your pen flow. The process of writing also helps to get it ‘out your head’ so it stops swirling around, then some progress can be made.

  11. Realise you are going through this for your highest growth & overall longterm happiness

  12. Let it go for the day, go and explore a new town, see how you feel when you return

  13. What advice would you give your Mum if she were facing the same problem?

  14. Sleep on it

  15. Go out into nature and talk to the flowers and the trees

  16. Count up your blessings – 1, 2, 3…

  17. Close your eyes and take 3 deep breaths

  18. Go for a walk

  20. Start affirming the most positive outcome for all involved

  21. Trust the Universe’s grand plan, embrace the change and go with the flow
