Sometimes this is the most annoying thing to hear.
WTF does this mean practically? How can this help the situation that’s right in front of my face?
The reason is because the situation is an effect of the cause.
If you want to change your experience of the situation, you’ve got to go within to the cause – your thoughts.
Practically speaking, this means identifying the thoughts you have about this situation.
One way to do this is by writing down how you feel about it. You can then see what your thoughts are about the situ.
Once you know the thoughts, you can then start to forgive them, release them & choose a new perspective.
