Each month, I’m going to bring you a round up of things that will make you glow with happiness! This monthly post will feature links to the best articles, artworks, techniques, quotes & people that I have found most inspiring or joyful. Please feel free to add on your recommendations in the comments at the bottom – every little helps and if everyone pitches in, hopefully we’ll all find what our souls are calling out for 🙂 Each Glow post will feature a funky little wisdomic quote that you can whack in your status box, tweet or write on a sticky note, to brighten your day & people around you.
Just A Minute, or JAM, is a very well put together website offering free 1 minute meditations – press the button and you’re meditating! It feels amazing to break your day up with these little one minute breaks, and powerfully recharges you for the rest of the day! Here’s what they say:

Pinterest is an amazing way to help you set goals and stay inspired in life for almost anything. I see the ‘Pin Boards’ as mini digital vision boards. You can basically pin any image you see on the internet (or upload from your computer) onto your Pin Board, which is then free for everyone else to see & re-pin. I only let myself ‘pin’ after work or on the weekends, as it’s so addictive! Are you on Pinterest? Follow me!
An encyclopaedia of information to keep you healthy & well, touching on things for your mind, body and spirit, but mainly about eating healthy and living a chemical-free life. The beautiful lady that runs it, Jess, healed her own cancer and is passionate about sharing everything she’s learned along the way.

Awesome post by Gretchin Rubin, of The Happiness Project, that contains a fabulous list of ‘life line’ activities when you’re feeling rubbish, blue, stuck or depressed.
