Wholesale Terms
1. Minimum Order Value.
For wholesale customers of The Happi Empire, the minimum order value is £75.
2. Placing an Order
To place an order, please fill out this order form. You will receive an invoice within 2 working days. Payments must be made via Stripe with a credit or debit card.
3. RRP
Goods purchased from The Happi Empire must be sold at the recommended retail price (RRP) as a minimum. If the customer is reselling outside of the UK, the RRP shall reflect the current exchange rate, or the closest rounded figure, as a minimum. In the event that the wholesale customer chooses to put the products or goods on sale at a discount, they shall not discount the products more than 50% below RRP.
4. Wholesale Pricing
All prices are listed in GBP. Prices are subject to change without notice.
5. Returns
Returns must be made in writing within 7 days of delivery date via this contact form, quoting order number and return reason. No returns are acceptable without prior approval from The Happi Empire. The wholesale customer is liable for any shipping costs.
6. Shipping
Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. Shipping is calculated on an order-by-order basis as it is dependent on the weight of the order and country of delivery. Your postage quote will be including on your invoice.
7. Delivery
Despatch time is 2 business days from receipt of payment. Please then allow the additional postage time as listed below for your country.
UK: 2 – 3 working days
Europe: 4 – 6 working days
USA: 5 – 7 working days
AUS: 7 – 9 working days
Rest of the world: 10 – 14 working days
Please note, shipping times can be a little longer during peak seasons, like Christmas.
8. Payment Terms
Payment is required at the time of placing your order, before the products are shipped.
9. Restrictions
Unfortunately I’m not able to offer wholesale items to Amazon sellers. I have a store on Not On The Highstreet, which is an exclusive makers site, and their terms & conditions include that my products aren’t available on Amazon, to maintain the exclusive feel of the products sold on their site.
I already have an Etsy shop, so I’m not able to offer other Etsy shop owners the products at wholesale rates, unless that product is bundled into a gift box with other unique items. If you’re in a different country with a clearly defined brand and audience that is aligned with The Happi Empire brand, however, I would love to work with you. Please get in touch to discuss this.
Finally, I don’t work with Ebay shops, in order to protect the unique and boutique feel of the brand.
