That buzzy new year feeling is really special.

It’s an opportunity we only get once a year to really look at our life, see where we’re at & think about what we really want. Because so many of us are doing it, there’s an energy around… can you feel it?

Almost like group manifesting energy. A bit like when cyclists ride in a group, it is easier to ride & they go faster.

I encourage you to use the energy to add to your manifesting power!!

This year, my goal is to paint & step into Artist-Fran! This feels so luxurious to me – it feels like play, it feels easy & it feels fun. Painting has no purpose other than to create beauty, to experience presence & freedom.

• What do you REALLY want to do in your life? What brings you the most joy, where do you lose yourself in the moment?

You know that voice that says ‘oh i’d love to be an artist / singer / writer / traveller, but that’s just a dream / doesn’t pay well / too hard / i’m not good enough’.

You don’t HAVE to be good enough and you don’t have to get paid to live your dreams. You deserve to do things in life that fill you up, make your soul shine. Just for the joy of it. JOY is totally worth it. Do you know the feeling? Total freedom, presence and happiness in the moment.

What if joy is the whole point?

If I’ve learned anything about filling my life up with things I love, it’s that it’s down to you to make the choices and take the actions.

But I could never have achieved anything without support of coaches, mentors and teachers.
